Knyangara is one of two babies born into the Humba Family in 2009.
That year brought tremendous to the people who live near the park as, in that year, the war ended, the social and political situation stabilized and the Rangers began the task of rebuilding Virunga National Park.
There was more good news to come in 2009 as Gato in Humba Family gave birth to a baby gorilla.
